At Positz, we follow a strict cancellation policy. Generally, we do not cancel & refund an order once our system confirms everything.
By choosing to purchase in the Positz website, you enter a legally binding agreement. This is a common setup you will find in the eCommerce industry. Like most companies, we provide a ‘cooling off period’.
Our system is designed to automatically process orders made in the site. The orders get processed and sent to our warehouse and logistics centre.
If you shopped for a special order item (that is, with an advertised dispatch time of more than 2 business days) that item is ordered in especially for you from our supply chain. As such, it is likely that we have already accrued expense in attempting to process your order.
However, depending on the situation it may be possible to change or edit your order. We recommend reaching out to our team so we assist you better. Surely, we can find a way that works for both parties.
In most cases, we offer the following options:
- Exchange the product for something else
- Receive refund in the form of store credit
However, please do note that neither of the two options is applicable once we finish packing or processing the order. Furthermore, if you refuse any option we provide to you, then we will ship your original order to complete the sales.
Special instructions for marketplace buyers
Currently, Positz lists items in various online marketplaces such as eBay and Catch. Please understand that we are obliged by their processing systems to send the purchased item to maintain good metrics. We also do this to maintain our credibility as a trusted merchant.
In such cases, we may be unable to exchange the item for a different product. Also, we can’t provide you with store credits.
