Returns Authorisation Form (Store Credit)

Introduction

By completing this form it lets us know that you want to return an item that you have purchased from us. You will need to complete one form per item. It should only take 2 minutes to complete this form, and we’ll email you some instructions shortly after you submit your responses.

BE AWARE: The product AND the packaging must be returned in perfect (“new”) condition, the same as it was sent to you. If you have torn or ripped the packaging, or if there are signs of use/installation of the product an additional fee may apply. This will be determined at the time of processing your return, and is non-negotiable.

Each return is considered on a case-by-case basis. Please answer honestly so we know what to expect. We’re more likely to be generous if you’ve been upfront and honest 🙂

Often asked if we allow for customers to come to our warehouse in Melbourne and drop off their return or collect their order, and unfortunately we do not offer such facilities at this stage.
